Rose petal Paris snuff

A home version of an old recipe for "gros grain" Paris snuff, which mixed French tobacco and Virginia stalks with powdered rose leaves. The amounts are an estimate for a modern stand-in, and the original post doesn't say whether they were tested.

Notes
The old recipe packed the finished snuff in lead to keep the scent in. Don't do that. An airtight jar is fine.
