Sherry-scented snuff

You'll need Tick as you go

• Plain snuff
• Concentrated natural sherry food flavouring (1 drop scents about 50 g)
• A little 95% food-grade ethanol

Method

1. Step 1 of 3Thin the flavouring with a small amount of ethanol.
2. Step 2 of 3Spray it over the snuff, or mix it in.
3. Step 3 of 3Leave the snuff in an open bowl for 20 to 30 minutes so the ethanol can evaporate, stirring every 5 minutes or so.

Notes

The flavouring is strong. One drop is enough for 50 g of snuff.
