Rustica booster powder

A way to add nicotine to a snuff: make up a batch of alkalised rustica powder, then blend in a little at a time.
Rustica carries several times the nicotine of ordinary tobacco. Take very small pinches, and stop if you feel sick or dizzy.

Notes
Rustica carries far more nicotine than ordinary tobacco, so add it gradually. Wear gloves for the carbonate.
