Notes
In place of the sodium carbonate decahydrate you can use 0.06 g anhydrous sodium carbonate (0.6%) or 0.07 g more potassium carbonate (0.7%). Skip the paraffin oil if you don't have any, or use the same weight of ghee or refined coconut oil. Wear gloves for the potassium carbonate.
