Chilli-scented Scotch snuff

You'll need Tick as you go

• 1 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
• Water, to thin it
• A few dashes of very hot habanero sauce, such as Habanero KO Punch
• Scotch snuff to fill a shot glass three-quarters full, such as Star

Method

1. Step 1 of 3Put the cayenne in a lidded plastic tub, add water to thin it, then add the hot sauce.
2. Step 2 of 3Fill a shot glass three-quarters full with snuff and stand it in the middle of the tub.
3. Step 3 of 3Seal the tub. Stir the snuff once a day for three days.

Rest time

Three days, stirring daily.

Very different, and somehow satisfying.

Notes

Chilli stings eyes and noses, so wash your hands after handling it and try a small pinch first.
