Reviving a dried-out rustica

This brings an old Russian rustica back to the moisture it was sold at, about 25%. These amounts are for 7.5 g of dried-out snuff.

Notes
To skip the ammonia, use 2.5 ml of plain water instead, though the ammonia makes a huge difference. To freshen a peppermint-scented rustica, add peppermint oil at 0.5% of the finished weight, which is one drop per 10 g. Ammonia water is an irritant, so wear gloves and don't breathe it in close up.
