JBR Black tem como base anis e alcaçuz, com baunilha, cereja e fava tonka como outras notas de sabor e cânfora, eucalipto e cola como notas secundárias. Tem mentol médio-suave, e o anis e o alcaçuz seguem como os aromas principais. A cor vai de marrom-ferrugem a marrom-escuro.
A granulação é média e a umidade é média, com textura leve e resíduo mínimo. A força de nicotina é média-suave. Pertence à família de rapés JBR e amplia essa linha com uma nota de mentol em contraste com um perfil de especiarias e frutas.

This was an impulse buy at a German tobacco shop and I was quite pleasantly surprised. Not as mentholated as other Poschl snuffs which makes it easier to take for me, who is not a huge menthol fan. It's probably most akin to Lowen Prise, although that is more aniseed, whereas this is straight up liquorice. That makes it not for everyone but I quite enjoy it. I must say I mostly struggle to pick up the vanilla notes.
A good one to have on the go when I don't have time to savour something special.
