This stuff helped me go from a pack (a Canadian pack is 25 cigs) to 10-11 cigs a day. Especially great for when you are at work and can't pop out for a cigarette. Highly recommend. However, if you aren't already a smoker or addicted to nicotine, please do not purchase this product.
